All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the Contour Light® trial session fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. This is a promotional, deeply discounted trial offer for an in-person, appointment-based service, and staff time and equipment are reserved specifically for your booking.

Booking & Rescheduling

Your trial fee secures your appointment. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling does not entitle the purchaser to a refund.

No-Shows & Late Cancellations

If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, your trial fee is forfeited. A one-time courtesy rebooking may be offered at our sole discretion.

Chargebacks

By completing this purchase, you acknowledge that the charge is valid and authorized. Disputes filed with your bank on valid purchases will be contested with full records of your purchase, booking, agreement to these terms, and communication history.

Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary. The trial fee is for the session itself; no specific outcome is guaranteed, and dissatisfaction with results does not entitle the purchaser to a refund.
